Guitar Headstock Serving Board

A long cherry serving board cut to the outline of a guitar headstock, with the tuner slot doubling as the hand hold. About 24 inches end to end and 7 inches at the widest point — the right shape for a charcuterie run down the middle of a table. Solid cherry, grain matched across the glue line, sanded to 220 and finished food-safe. It darkens to a deep amber over its first year in the light, which is the best thing cherry does. Good for serving rather than chopping. Use it for bread, cheese, cured meat and anything else that wants a long board. Hand wash, dry on edge, re-oil when it looks dry.
