Thin Red Line Challenge Coin Display

A subdued flag with a single red stripe running through it, built so every stripe is a shelf. Coins stand in the grooves — comfortably forty across the flag, and the lower shelves are deep enough to take a knife or a folded patch alongside them.
Fifty carved stars in a blacked union, torched pine stripes in between, and your surname cut into the bottom field. The torching is done by hand with a torch, so the grain burns dark in the soft growth and pale in the hard and every flag comes out differently.
About 24 by 13 inches, two inches deep. Hangs on two keyhole slots or leans on a shelf.

How it's made
Stock gets milled flat, cut to size, then carved or engraved on the CNC or the laser depending on what the piece needs. Edges are eased by hand, sanded to 220, and finished food-safe where it matters.
Shipping and returns
Most pieces ship in 3 to 5 business days. Personalized work takes 7 to 10.
Stock pieces can come back within 30 days, unused, for a refund of the item. Personalized pieces cannot be resold, so those are only refunded if I got something wrong or it arrived damaged.
Made by one person
Every piece is made in my workshop on Florida's Space Coast. I mill the stock, cut it, sand it and finish it myself, and I check it before it goes in the box.
