Shipping and returns

When it ships

Most pieces ship in 3 to 5 business days. Personalized work takes 7 to 10.

Each product page shows its own lead time when it differs. If something is going to run late, I email you before the date passes rather than after.

What it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of what is in your cart and where it is going. You see the exact amount before you pay. I ship within the United States.

If it arrives damaged

Send me a photo of the piece and the box within seven days of delivery and I will replace it or refund it, your choice. I do not ask you to ship a broken board back at your own expense.

Returns

Stock pieces can come back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the condition they arrived in, for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is yours unless the piece was wrong or faulty.

Personalized pieces cannot be resold to anyone else, so they are only refunded if I cut the wrong thing or it arrived damaged. I check engraving text against your order before cutting, and email you if anything looks like a typo.

Cancelling

Anything not yet started can be cancelled for a full refund. Once a personalized piece is cut, it cannot. Email me as soon as you know and I will tell you honestly where it is.

Caring for it

Hand wash boards and trays, dry them standing on edge, and re-oil with food-grade mineral oil when they start looking dry. Never the dishwasher. Wall pieces need nothing but a dry cloth.
