Who you are buying from

Chris Crafted is a one-person workshop. Buying something here is a contract between you and me, formed when I send you an order confirmation.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and shown before tax and shipping, both of which are calculated at checkout. Everything is made one at a time, so stock counts are real and a piece can sell out while you are reading about it. If I cannot fulfil an order, I refund it in full and tell you why.

If a price is listed wrongly through an obvious mistake, I will contact you before charging you, and you can cancel.

Made to order and personalized work

Personalized pieces are cut with exactly the text you submit, including capitalisation and punctuation. Check it before you order. If something looks like a typo I will email you first, but I cannot catch a name spelled the way you meant it to be spelled.

Wood is a natural material. Grain, colour and figure vary from piece to piece, and photographs show a representative example rather than the exact item you will receive. That variation is not a fault.

Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe through the Hostinger hosted checkout. I never see or store your card details.

Liability

My responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, because it legally cannot.

Intellectual property

The designs, photographs and text on this site are mine. If you ask me to make something carrying your logo or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it.

Changes

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published when you placed your order.
